Shipping Policy

At Feel Supreme, we aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible so you can start enjoying your products without delay.

Processing Your Order

Orders are typically processed within 1 working day. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery

We send all UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 working days
  • You’ll receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched so you can follow its journey.

While Royal Mail Tracked 24 is a next-working-day service, delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Delays

Occasionally, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including adverse weather, peak seasonal periods, or Royal Mail operational issues. If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to investigate.

Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, where applicable, photographs of the damaged package and contents. We’ll work with Royal Mail to resolve the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
