Last updated 22/11/21   Thank you for your purchase and we hope that it exceeds your expectations.   However, if you are not completely satisfied with it, you may return it for a full refund, exchange or store credit. Please see below for more information on our returns policy.  

Returns

All returns should be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returns must arrive with us in new, unopened condition.   You should email info@feelsupreme.co.uk and let us know of your intention to return your order. Once authorised, you can send your order back to   Feel Supreme, 24 Sinclair Way, Prescot Business Park, Liverpool, L34 1QL   Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommended that you use a tracked service to return your item.  

Refunds

Once we have received your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 days.  

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned
  • Irish Sea Moss
